  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Marshmallows
  • Chocolate sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the stuffing: Crush the Oreos in a bowl until they resemble fine crumbs. Blend with cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Moisten the rice paper: Soak a rice paper wrapper in warm water for about 10 seconds until soft.
  3. Add the filling: Spread a couple of tablespoons of the Oreo mixture onto the lower third of the rice paper wrapper.
  4. Roll it up: Fold the bottom over the filling, then fold the sides inward. Roll from bottom to top.
  5. Slice and serve: Cut the rolls into bite-sized pieces and drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
