- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups pecans, toasted
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 8–10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. Gradually add vanilla extract and heavy whipping cream, then fold in half of the chopped pecans.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and brown sugar, then press into the bottom of a trifle dish.
- Layer half of the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker base, sprinkle remaining pecans, add another layer of graham cracker crumbs, and the rest of the cheesecake mix.
- Top with whipped cream and remaining whole pecans. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
