Description

Tender pork chops served with a rich and creamy peppercorn sauce, perfect for cozy weeknight dinners or festive gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons freshly cracked black peppercorns
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef or chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and cracked black pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter until sizzling.
  3. Add the pork chops, searing for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Transfer the chops to a plate, covering them to keep warm.
  5. Toss in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the broth and whisk to deglaze the pan.
  7. Add the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until the sauce simmers and thickens (4-5 minutes).
  8. Return the pork chops to the skillet, allowing them to heat in the sauce for 1 minute before serving.

Notes

Serve with a fresh side salad or steamed vegetables for a balanced meal. If sauce thickens too much, add more broth or cream as needed.
