- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it with butter and lining it with parchment paper.
- Blend the pistachios in a food processor until finely ground.
- Make the crust by beating together softened butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar until fluffy, then mix in eggs one at a time and add vanilla.
- Combine the flour and ground pistachios into the mixture until just blended.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is set.
- Cool the cake in the pan, then dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
