- 4 Fresh Peaches, halved and pitted
- 8 slices Prosciutto
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Fresh Herbs (thyme or rosemary)
- Balsamic Glaze (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
- Slice your peaches in half and remove the pits.
- Take a slice of prosciutto and wrap it around each peach half. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil to a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the wrapped peaches cut-side down in the skillet.
- Sear for about 3-4 minutes to achieve a crispy exterior.
- Transfer the skillet to your preheated oven and roast for an additional 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze or sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
