- 100g unsalted butter
- 150g granulated sugar
- 50g brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 150g fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth, then let it cool slightly.
- Mix together the granulated and brown sugars in a large bowl, then pour in the cooled chocolate mixture and stir well.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until each is fully incorporated, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Incorporate the all-purpose flour gently until just combined.
- Fold in the fresh raspberries evenly throughout the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before slicing into squares and serving.
Notes
Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting to achieve the best texture. Dust with powdered sugar for a decorative touch.
