  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Raspberry Jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the unsalted butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add in the almond extract, blending well.
  4. Combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  6. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  7. Shape small portions of dough into balls and create a well with your thumb.
  8. Add about half a teaspoon of raspberry jam into the center of each cookie.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden on the bottom.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving!
