- 1 cup Almond Flour

- 1/2 cup Raspberry Jam
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the unsalted butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add in the almond extract, blending well.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, almond flour, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Shape small portions of dough into balls and create a well with your thumb.
- Add about half a teaspoon of raspberry jam into the center of each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden on the bottom.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving!
- Cool on a wire rack before enjoying.
