  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup mini Reese’s cups, chopped
  • Powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing in the peanut butter afterward until combined.
  4. Whisk together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet, ensuring not to overmix.
  6. Fold in the chopped mini Reese’s Cups gently.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet using a cookie scoop.
  8. Roll each ball in powdered sugar until well coated and return to the baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops have crinkled.
  10. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Chill the dough for 30 minutes for better texture, and try sprinkling chopped Reese’s cups on top before baking for extra flavor!
