- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup mini Reese’s cups, chopped
- Powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing in the peanut butter afterward until combined.
- Whisk together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet, ensuring not to overmix.
- Fold in the chopped mini Reese’s Cups gently.
- Drop rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet using a cookie scoop.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar until well coated and return to the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the tops have crinkled.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Chill the dough for 30 minutes for better texture, and try sprinkling chopped Reese’s cups on top before baking for extra flavor!
