Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a casserole dish.
- Sauté the chicken over medium heat until cooked through, then season and set aside.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and mix it with the cream of chicken soup, sautéed onions, and veggies.
- Fold in the cooked chicken until everything is well coated.
