Description

Tender meatballs infused with fresh herbs, enveloped in a mouthwatering cranberry glaze, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Meat (Beef, Pork, or Turkey)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (Thyme, Parsley, Rosemary)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the ground meat, fresh herbs, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, and parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. Glaze the meatballs with cranberry sauce mixed with additional herbs.
  6. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes to set the glaze.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for the best flavor. Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lean option. Allowing meat to reach room temperature before mixing can enhance tenderness.
