- 1 lb Ground Meat (Beef, Pork, or Turkey)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs (Thyme, Parsley, Rosemary)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the ground meat, fresh herbs, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, and parmesan cheese in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Glaze the meatballs with cranberry sauce mixed with additional herbs.
- Return to the oven for another 5 minutes to set the glaze.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs.

Use fresh herbs for the best flavor. Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lean option. Allowing meat to reach room temperature before mixing can enhance tenderness.
