Instructions

  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the sautéed mushrooms and garlic with cream cheese, cranberries, and your chosen herbs. Stir well until you have a cohesive mixture.
  3. Roll Out the Pastry: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry. Aim for an even thickness to ensure consistent baking.
  4. Cut and Fill: Cut the pastry into squares or rectangles—about 4 inches by 4 inches works well. Place a generous scoop of the filling in the center of each piece.
