Instructions

  2. Cook the blinis in a preheated skillet with melted butter until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Blend cream cheese, lemon juice, chopped dill, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  4. Stack the blinis on a platter, layering with the cream cheese mixture and smoked salmon.
  5. Chill the assembled cake in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve sliced with lemon wedges on the side.
