- 1/4 cup psyllium husk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs (or flax egg for vegan)
- 1/4 cup melted butter (or dairy-free alternative)
- 2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine the eggs, melted butter, and honey in another bowl until well mixed.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir.
- Gradually add warm water and mix until a soft, sticky dough forms.
- Form each portion into a ball and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Cover with a kitchen towel and let them rise for 20-30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
