- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes (drained)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix in a large bowl softened cream cheese, sausage, Rotel, cheddar cheese, flour, and green onions.
- Shape small portions of the mixture into about 1-inch balls.
- Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.

Use an ice cream scoop for uniform ball sizes. You can prepare the mixture a day ahead and refrigerate.
