Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
- Combine the flour and matcha powder in another bowl and slowly add to the wet mixture, folding gently.

- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are slightly golden.
