Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine softened cream cheese, cranberries, nuts, and herbs in a bowl. Stir until well blended.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface if using pastry dough, or keep phyllo sheets moistened.
  4. Spread the filling evenly across the dough, leaving a half-inch border.
  5. Roll it up tightly from one end.
  6. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each.
