- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
- Prepare your salmon fillet by rinsing it under cold water and patting it dry with paper towels.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on a large piece of aluminum foil or a grill pan.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon, then sprinkle with brown sugar, sea salt, and black pepper. Add herbs if using.
- Preheat your Traeger grill to 225°F.
- Place the salmon on the grill, skin-side down, and close the lid.
- Smoke for approximately 60-90 minutes, checking the internal temperature for doneness.
- Remove the salmon when it reaches 145°F or slightly lower for a flakier texture.
- Let the salmon rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
