  • 1 cup tofu, cubed
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onions, stirring until fragrant (2-3 minutes).
  3. Toss in the tofu, cooking until golden and crispy.
  4. Add harder vegetables like carrots first and sauté for a few minutes before adding softer ones like cabbage.
  5. Combine the cooked noodles with the sautéed vegetables and pour in soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss gently for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Finish with sliced green onions and chopped cilantro; squeeze lime before serving.
